How BMC uses service-request information
This notice applies to BMC Service Network requests, partner applications, research products, and related operations.
Information submitted
We may collect contact details, business or property information, service scope, timing, market, referral/source information, and other details you choose to provide through a request or partner application.
How it is used
BMC uses submitted information to classify requests, coordinate with participating providers, respond to inquiries, operate the provider network, track service outcomes, improve the portfolio, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
Provider sharing
When you request a local service, relevant request information may be shared with one or more participating independent providers so they can evaluate, accept, quote, schedule, or perform the requested work.
Outreach
BMC may contact publicly listed businesses about relevant B2B services or provider opportunities. Businesses can ask to stop outreach at any time, and suppression requests are recorded.
Retention and security
Operational records may be retained as reasonably needed for service coordination, quality tracking, compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and business analysis. BMC uses reasonable technical controls but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
