These terms explain how BMC Luminary Ventures LLC tests local service-request routing with participating providers before any paid lead, subscription, territory, or referral arrangement begins.
BMC may offer selected providers one or more qualified service requests at no charge or a reduced pilot rate. Pilot placement does not guarantee lead volume, exclusivity, revenue, or future participation.
No paid lead fee, territory subscription, referral fee, or other provider charge becomes active merely because you apply or accept a pilot opportunity. BMC presents applicable pricing separately before it begins.
You remain an independent business responsible for pricing, scheduling, contracts, taxes, staff, equipment, permits, licensing, insurance, workmanship, safety, warranties, and legal obligations.
BMC may qualify and route a request. The provider communicates its own scope, quote, service terms, and job-specific obligations directly to the customer unless BMC states otherwise in writing.
Providers must maintain any licensing, registrations, permits, insurance, or certifications required for the work they perform. BMC may request verification and pause routing when credentials are unclear or expired.
Customer information supplied through BMC may be used only to evaluate and respond to the related request. It may not be sold, redistributed, or added to unrelated marketing lists without permission.
Accept or decline promptly. If a provider declines, does not respond in the offer window, or cannot service the request, BMC may route it elsewhere.
Pilot providers should update whether contact happened, an estimate was provided, and the job was won or lost. That history helps improve future routing quality.
Participation is not employment, a franchise, partnership, endorsement, or guarantee of provider quality, customer payment, or future work. BMC may pause or end participation when needed.
Any future paid program will have its own written billing, dispute, cancellation, and refund terms before activation.
Submitting an application indicates interest. A provider becomes part of the active pilot only after BMC confirms acceptance. Accepting a routed pilot request confirms agreement to these pilot terms for that request.
