Service Network Terms

BMC coordinates requests. Independent providers perform field services.

These terms describe the general BMC Service Network relationship unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.

BMC's role

BMC Luminary Ventures LLC operates service-request, sourcing, referral, coordination, research, and concierge workflows. Unless BMC expressly states otherwise in a written agreement, BMC is not the contractor performing third-party field work.

Independent providers

Participating providers are independent businesses. Provider availability, licensing requirements, insurance, estimates, contracts, warranties, scheduling, workmanship, and final pricing remain the responsibility of the provider and customer unless a separate written BMC agreement says otherwise.

No guarantee of match or outcome

Submitting a request does not guarantee provider availability, a specific price, a particular response time, or successful completion. BMC may decline, reroute, or stop working a request when a suitable participating provider is unavailable.

Fees

BMC may charge customers, providers, or both for research, coordination, subscriptions, qualified leads, accepted opportunities, bookings, referrals, territories, or other services where permitted and disclosed. Paid terms are confirmed separately before a paid arrangement begins.

Customer responsibility

Customers should review provider estimates, credentials, insurance, licenses where applicable, contracts, and scope before authorizing work. Emergency or safety-critical situations should be handled through appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals.

Provider network

Application to the BMC network does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity, lead volume, or revenue. BMC may pause or remove providers based on fit, responsiveness, service area, quality history, complaints, or operational requirements.
